(For Both GGPS and Non – GGPS Students)

DIRECT ADMISSION NOTICE

                    Criteria for Scholarship for admission of student to class XI for the session 2024-25

2.     The registration fee is  Rs 1200/- for (Non-GGPS candidates) and Rs 600/- for (GGPS candidates)  can be paid through Demand Draft in favor of “Guru Gobind Singh Public School “ payable at “Bokaro” only. Applicant must mention their Name and Registration number at back side of DD. Registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable.

3.     The name of the applicant, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth & other details should be entered correctly in the form and should not mismatch with the certificates/marksheet of Std. X. No corrections will be allowed later on.

4.     A Passport size photograph of the applicant is required to be uploaded online. Please be ready with a soft copy of the photograph not more than 200 KB in size (Only in JPG/JPEG format) with resolution 200 X 230 (width 200 pixel, height 230 pixel).

5.     The applicant has to fill in the Online Application Form very carefully. While filling in the form, if a Data field is mandatory then it should not be left blank in any case. If each mandatory field is filled in correctly then as soon as the applicant clicks on "Submit" Button, he/she will get the "System Generated Application Form" with a space for photograph. The Applicant has to take the printout of that “System Generated Application Form”.

6.     All communications regarding Admission will be done through school Website/Email/SMS/WhatsApp/School Notice Board only.

7.     Acceptance of the Application Form by the school does not confer any right of admission in Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Sector 5/B, Bokaro Steel City.

8.   Students of Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Chas are not allowed to take Admission in Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Sector:V/B, Bokaro Steel City for Class XI.

Optional Subjects (Computer Science, Informatics Practices (I.P), Applied Mathematics, Economics, PE, Hindi, Sanskrit, Entrepreneurship, Painting & Dance), will be decided purely on the availability of seats only)

Note : If any information given by the applicant is found inappropriate at any stage during the admission process, his/her admission will be cancelled and the fee will be forfeited.
