           Information for Online Registration for Direct Admission to Class XI (2022 – 23)

DIRECT ADMISSION NOTICE

1.       Applicants are required to have a valid personal E-mail ID. In case an applicant does not have a valid personal E – mail ID, he/she should create his/her new E – mail ID before applying online. Any communication (if needed) will be communicated to this E – mail ID/School Website/SMS/WhatsApp/School Notice Board.

2.       The registration fee is  Rs. 1000/- for (Non-GGPS candidates) and  Rs. 500/- (for GGPS Candidates) can be paid through online mode only. Registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable.

3.        The name of the applicant, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth & other details should be entered correctly in the form and should not mismatch with the certificates/marksheet of Std. X. No corrections will be allowed later on.

4.       A Passport size photograph of the applicant is required to be uploaded online. Please be ready with a soft copy of the photograph not more than 200 KB in size (Only in JPG/JPEG format) with resolution 200 X 230 (width 200 pixel, height 230 pixel).

5.       The applicant has to fill in the Online Application Form very carefully. While filling in the form, if a Data field is mandatory then it should not be left blank in any case. If each mandatory field is filled in correctly then as soon as the applicant clicks on "Submit" Button, he/she will get the "System Generated Application Form" with a space for photograph. The Applicant has to take the printout of that “System Generated Application Form”.

6.       Applicants should keep a photocopy of the printout of “System Generated Application Form” with them for their personal record.

7.       All communications regarding Admission Test will be done through school Website/Email/SMS/WhatsApp/School Notice Board only.

8.       Acceptance of the Application Form by the school does not confer any right of admission in Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Sector 5/B, Bokaro Steel City.
